Carlisle College were utilising an out of date Siemens analogue telephone system and due to pending restructuring of buildings, Genyx were tasked to provide a more versatile telephone solution.
After consultation with various suppliers it was decided to install a Cisco VoIP ( Voice over IP ) solution which gave the greatest flexibility.
The work involved liaison with suppliers, installation of handsets and configuration of the Carlisle College wired and wireless networks to support the new system.
